Client: Family of God Lutheran Church in Duluth, MN
Challenge: Family of God Lutheran Church wanted to support Safe Haven Shelter and Resource Center by answering their request for used cell phones. This was a new mission for this community, so I wanted to find a way for them to connect emotionally.
Solution: I focused the copy on the survivor’s desire for safety while using an image of hope.
Client: Fife Music Studio (my music studio)
Challenge: Create a social media post that highlighted a student who needed support at the loss of her mother.
Solution: Deaths announcements in social media posts can be a dry-field-lit-match scenario, so I focused the copy on telling the student-approved story combined with my deepest condolences and pride for the way she is handling the situation.
Client: Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
Challenge: Create a social media post about free winterwear without the audience feeling marked as “needy.”
Solution: By only briefly touching on the intense need some might feel for winter clothes, I gave examples of why someone might want more and could justify their presence at this event.
Client: Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
